Stepas Butautas (born August 25, 1925 - died March 22, 2001 in Kaunas) was a Lithuanian basketball player who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1952 Summer Olympics. He trained at VSS Žalgiris in Kaunas. [1]
He was a member of the Soviet team, which won the silver medal. He played all eight matches.
His son Ramūnas Butautas is a head coach of Lithuania national basketball team.
