Step in my Shoes is the third album by Christian rock band David and the Giants. It was released independently in 1979. Most of the songs on the album are ballads. This album is currently out of print. The band's website states it will soon be back in production when it is released on CD. The band were still, for the most part, a struggling Christian pop band.
While Step in my Shoes did little to change that, it is often considered one of their best works, and their most Christian rock influence yet. The album contained the fan favorites Gonna Take a Ride, Step in my Shoes, and The End of Time.
