Sten Sture Andersson (April 20, 1923, Stockholm, Sweden – September 16, 2006, Stockholm, Sweden) was a Swedish social democratic politician.
He worked closely with Olof Palme, and became known internationally for his support of Palestinian independence from Israel. In a TV interview on February 22, 2004 the Israeli ambassador to Sweden, Zvi Mazel, called Andersson and Sweden's UN ambassador Pierre Schori "professional anti-Israelis". [1]
