Steiri or Stiri (Greek: Στείρι, Ancient/Katharevousa: -on), older forms: -o and -on is a village in the Boeotia Prefecture, Greece. Its 2001 population was 1,010 for the village. The area are mountainous and are amde up of grasslands and bushes, farmlands are within the village. Steiri is connected with the road connecting with the GR-29 (Arachova - Distomo).

The village is built at the elevation of 450 m amphitheatrically in the foot of the Helicon, the beautiful mountain of the Muses, in which it thought to be a goddess of Parnassus.

Steiri is famous for its aluminum production and is one of the famous aluminum mining towns in Greece, it contributes its main industry and it is exported throughout the country as well as Southern Europe, other industries include agriculture and services.
