Steffen Kjærgaard (born May 24, 1973). Is a former Norwegian professional cyclist. Kjærgaard cycled for US Postal Service (2000-2003), he participated in the Tour de France (2000, 2001), both years the captain on the team Lance Armstrong won overall. He won the overall World Cup in track cycling in 1993. Kjærgaard was known as a strong time trial cyclist. Today he is married and has two children.
