Stefano ("Bibi") Battistelli (born March 6, 1970 in Rome) is a former backstroke and medley swimmer from Italy, who competed in two consequetive Summer Olympics (1988 and 1992), and won a bronze medal at each appearance. The medal in Seoul was the very first Olympic one for an Italian swimmer.
