Stefan Marian Pastuszewski (born 19 August 1949 in Bydgoszcz, Poland) is a Polish poet, journalist and politician, former Member of Polish Sejm (1991-93), Vice-President of Bydgoszcz (1994-98), current Member of Bydgoszcz City Council who represents the 1st district (since 2005).

Between 1991-93 he was a Member of Sejm of the Republic of Poland I Term. He was elected from 17 Bydgoszcz district as Labor Party candidat (Chrześcijańsko-Demokratyczne Stronnictwo Pracy).

On 27th October 2002 he started to Bydgoszcz City Council from Law and Justice list in 1st district. He was getting 957 votes and was 2nd in Law and Justice list - only one candidat was elected - Kosma Złotowski.

On 25th September 2005 he was started to Polish Senate as Independent. He was getting 11,437 votes and takes 12th place in 4 Bydgoszcz district. To Senate was elected two Law and Justice candidats: Kosma Złotowski and Radosław Sikorski. Złotowski on 12 October 2005 must resigns from Bydgoszcz City Council seat. Because Pastuszewski was 2nd after Złotowski in Law and Justice list in 2002 election, he takes his seat in Bydgoszcz City Council on 26 October 2005.

On 12th November 2006 he was elected to Bydgoszcz City Council. He scored 1,428 votes in 1st district, representing the Law and Justice list. He took office on 27th November 2006. He is a Chairperson of Culture and Science Committee and a member of Municipal Economy and Environmental Protection Committee, Education Committee and Audit Committee.

On 21st October 2007 he started to Polish Sejm. He was getting 2,755 votes in 4 Bydgoszcz district - he was 8th in Law and Justice list and was no elected to Sejm.
