Stefan Brasas (31 August 1967 in Münster) is former federal goalkeeper.

Brasas started his career in Preußen Münster and the VfL Bochum, before he changed 1987 to the amateur crew of SV Werder Bremen. After a change in the next year to the FC Mahndorf he started in 1989 in the Stuttgarter Kickers jersey with which he in the 1990/1991 season in the Bundesliga ascended. Here, however, he was already playing after 8 days by Claus Reitmaier as number one replaced. For the 1992/93 season, he moved to the first league Shakers 1. FC Saarbrücken. But after only one season, he went back to Stuttgart. After 1995, he moved to SV Meppen in the 2 League. In his first season he saw four yellow and a red card. This brought him much criticism. Unforgettable also remains his only Feldtor, which he in the 1995/96 season shot. His first and only title in 1999 with SV Werder Bremen, where he won the DFB Cup. In 2002 he moved to Cyprus for the former champions Omonia Nicosia. The last two years of his career he spent in the SpVgg Unterhaching. In 2005 ended his active career 211 after a second league and 41 Bundesliga games. Currently he is working for the Nigeria Football Association. In February 2008 Stefan Brasas is goalkeeper coach at the mountain tradition Association Wuppertaler SV.
