Stefan Boublil

Stefan Boublil is co-founder and chief creative architect of the New York City based Apartment Creative Agency (theApt). TheApt is engaged with merging design, culture, and marketing into an experiential architectural environment. Stefan is surprisingly uninterested in telling anyone what to do and finds true pleasure in helping someone step out of his or her situation to see from a new angle.
Stefan's formal studies include music at the Conservatory, photography at Parsons School of Design and film at NYU's Tisch School for the Arts.
As creative director of the apartment, Stefan brings this life framework and his boundless energy to all of its projects. whether converting a basketball court into a loft, conceptualizing an identity for a nascent restaurant chain, or crafting the best positioning strategy for an event, Stefan brings to bear his well of ideas from a professional background as a designer, musician, filmmaker and photographer, and his passions for pop culture, aesthetics, philosophy and psychology.
He was a participant at the Televisuality Symposium at the Syracuse University School of Architecture on April 11, 2008.
