Stef Clement (born September 24, 1982 in Tilburg) is a Dutch professional road bicycle racer for UCI ProTeam Bouygues Télécom. He specializes in the time trial, in which discipline he is the reigning Dutch national champion. He also won the bronze medal at the Time Trial of the 2007 UCI Road World Championships.
