[edit] License tagging for Image:Unions.PNG
Thanks for uploading Image:Unions.PNG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 04:08, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:Map of USA 2008.png
Thanks for uploading Image:Map of USA 2008.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 15:09, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Republic of Lakotah map
Nice work, but continually adding it to the United States article is going to get people all over you due to WP:SOAP. I've included it in the Republic of Lakotah article, though. --Stlemur (talk) 17:05, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Recent changes to NBSC articles
While 'secondary school' may be a more correct term, please make sure in the future that you don't indiscriminately make these changes - you have inadvertently red linked articles such as List of selective high schools in New South Wales. Please keep this in mind when making future edits. Also, the DET calls these schools 'high schools' on their website, so generally it is best to go with the term that they use. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Matthew Werkmeister, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Ged UK (talk) 18:07, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Map of USA 2008.png
Hi Stasven!
We thank you for uploading Image:Map of USA 2008.png, but there is a problem. Your image is currently missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. Unless you can help by adding a copyright tag, it may be deleted by an Administrator. If you know this information, then we urge you to add a copyright tag to the image description page. We apologize for this, but all images must confirm to policy on Wikipedia.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks so much for your cooperation.

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Suffolk Park Fire Station.png
Thanks for uploading Image:Suffolk Park Fire Station.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 06:23, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
