[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Abrown2006.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Abrown2006.jpg. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Andrew S Brown
Since the British Computer Society category DOES exist, this article should be listed there.
If you can support notability for a BCS Young Group category, you might want to create one. Otherwise, please don't keep editing the article to indicate categories that don't existi.
Thanks. -- TomXP411[Talk] 20:23, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
Let's talk about this on the talk page for the article. -- TomXP411[Talk] 22:11, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
I'm not sure if you're the one who left this comment on my talk page last night: Confused
If it was you, please go to Talk:Andrew S Brown and leave your comments.
It looks like you're not all that familiar with how Wikipedia works yet. That's okay, I can help. It's just important that you do things the right way. The reason I removed the Young BCS Chairs was because there is no category by that name, yet. You have to create a category before adding a bunch of things to the category. You also have to use an appropriate name and put the category in the right place.
Before creating this category, please go to Talk:Andrew S Brown. I've left some suggestions there about how to proceed. In short:
- Read Wikipedia:Notability (people) first
- Do most or all of these chairmen qualify for inclusion based on WP:NOTE? If they don't, then stop here.
- If they do, then create the category, then create articles for each of these people, adding the category tag.
I would suggest that the category be titled "Chairmen of the British Computer Society Young Professionals Group" Also, each of the people on that list should also be in the BCS category. They were part of the BCS, so they should be in the category. It's not much of a category if it doesn't list everyone in Wikipedia who was part of the group.
Don't reply here or on my talk page. Go to Talk:Andrew S Brown to discuss this further. -- TomXP411[Talk] 16:25, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Andrew S. Brown
You recently relocated the Andrew S. Brown page to Andrew Brown; however, there was already an Andrew A. Brown occupying the page, so to resolve the issue I moved Andrew S. Brown back to it's own page and made a disambiguation page.--Urzadek 07:21, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
