[edit] Click

The whole point of the click ability is to allow navigation through templates like Template:Warsaw Metro by clicking the dot on the scheme, why remove this? --Kuban Cossack 01:53, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

It is unclear that you are able to do this. Normally, when you click any image, whether illustrative or functional, it takes you to that image description page.
The {{click}} template does not work for all users and its use is discouraged. In fact, if we want the dot to be clickable we can achieve this through mw:Extension:ImageMaps. However in this case, the names of the stations appear right next to the dots. Why bother clicking on the dots when you can click on the words? BigBlueFish (talk) 12:38, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
What about transfer stations like Template:Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line? How do you solve that one? Besides some like to navigate the template by using the actual buttons rather than the names, why should they not work? I remember we had this debate on Russian wiki with some IE users complaining that these {{click}} new versions did not work, I just told them to get Firefox, they did and problem solved. --Kuban Cossack 09:53, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
