I shortened some of the lists, and cleaned it up a bit, i dont know if thats enough to take the flag off. but god-damn, it was crazy.

The campus newspaper did a whole article about the campus being designed for an Arizona location resulting in higher winds; this is actually an urban legend that is said about a few colleges. Fredonia is just a windy area with an unfortunate design that causes lots of wind to be channeled, but not because of a misplaced design.
