I have player on battlenet often and have seen other types of map. One of the most popular ones that was left out doesn't seem to have a specific name is the (i think) bound maps. you control a unit (usually a zergling) and you have to avoid the obstacles. these can be anything from criters to explosions made by dying units. they are somewhat popular and a unique type, so they may deserve to be added. I've never edited wikipedia beforre, so I don't want to try just yet. They're about as popular as evolves maps.
