This article was cited on dw radio (I think it was dw, i was listining to cbc overnight which plays random radio stations from around the world). They were talking about Venuzla changing timezones, claiming timezone were dictated by US, but the radio newsreader pointed out that anyone could look up standard time on the free encyclopedia wikipedia and find out the system was made by Britian.
