The stand up style is way better than the butterfly style because it allows you to save the high spots that most experienced shoots shoot at.

I removed the bit where it claims that the Butterfly style was popularized by Patrick Roy - when I first saw it, I thought it meant "Stand-Up" and my bullshit detector was activated. Butterfly should be a separate article. Talk about the Great Patrick Roy there. AlexRochon (talk) 02:10, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
