"Stay Down" is an official single by Mary J. Blige taken from her eighth studio album, Growing Pains. The song was produced by Bryan-Michael Cox who also co-wrote the song with Johnta Austin and Blige herself. The song features classic Cox production with heavy programed drums, melodic keys, and dramatic string arrangements.
