Stavroupoli (Greek: Σταυρούπολη) is a suburban city in the Thessaloniki Prefecture. The municipal population is 41,653 (2001 census). The city is located in northeastern suburban Thessaloniki by the "east exit" which leads to the city of Kavala. The municipal logo contains the city with the letter s with red on the top and blue on the bottom with dots on the left and right.
