Stasys Lozoraitis (1898 - 1983) was a Lithuanian diplomat. He served as the Foreign Minister of Lithuania from 1934 until 1938. His son was also named Stasys Lozoraitis.

After the Republic of Lithuania was invaded by the Soviet Union in 1940, Lozoraitis formed a Government in exile, that existed from 1940 until 1991. This entity was headquartered in Rome, and Lozoraitis served as its head from June 15, 1940, until his death there on December 24, 1983.

Upon his death, he was succeeded by Stasys Bačkis as the leader of the Lithuanian Government in Exile, from December 24, 1983, until November 15, 1987. After 1987, this Government in Exile was based in Washington, D.C..
