Starr Restaurant Organization

The Starr Restaurant Organization is an organization of 16 restaurants headed by Stephen Starr featuring a variety of cuisines and atmospheres.

Twelve of the restaurants are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. These restaurants include: Alma de Cuba (Modern Cuban), Buddakan (Modern Asian), The Continental (Global Tapas), El Vez (Modern Mexican), Jones (American Comfort Food), Morimoto (Contemporary Japanese), POD (Contemporary Pan Asian), Striped Bass (Luxury Seafood), Tangerine (Mediterranean), Washington Square (Modern American), Barclay Prime (Luxury Boutique Steakhouse), and The Continental Mid-Town (Global Tapas).

Buddakan (Modern Asian) and Morimoto (Contemporary Japanese) also have locations in New York, New York. Starr recently opened Continental (Global Tapas) and Buddakan (Modern Asian) in Atlantic City, New Jersey at the Pier Shops at Caesars.
