[edit] Production
- The Prior in "Flesh and Blood", Doug Abrahams, previously played Commander Hale in "Shadow Play", "Fallen", and "Homecoming". The youngest version of Adria in the episode was played by Robert C. Cooper's daughter, Emma Cooper.
- "The Pegasus Project" is the first and only time Joe Flanigan (Lt. Col. John Sheppard) and David Nykl (Radek Zelenka) guest star on the series, but David Hewlett (Rodney McKay) and Torri Higginson (Dr. Elizabeth Weir) both appeared previously. Hewlett was in "48 Hours", "Redemption", and "Moebius", and Higginson was previously in "New Order".
- "Memento Mori", the show's 202nd episode, brings Stargate SG-1 equal to The X-Files as the longest running American Sci-fi TV show. The title of this episode is identical to that of an X-Files episode. The next episode, "Company of Thieves", brought the SG-1 past The X-Files for this title. The working title of "Company of Thieves" was "Rescue Op".
- A scene of "Line In The Sand" dealing specifically with Daniel's absence was cut for time.[1]
- About 22 filmed minutes of "Bad Guys" ended up on the cutting room floor. It was during the filming of this episode that the cast and crew learned that SG-1 had been canceled by the Sci-Fi Channel.)[2] Michael Shanks criticised this episode on his blog, calling it "not so good", "not one of my favorites", and "not one of our stronger offerings". He added, "for the first time in a while, I can honestly say that it renders my performance appalling. Note that when Daniel goes off the deep end to the hostages — something completely out of his character and purposely meant as such — there is a missing scene in between there that helped to make the outburst a little more sensible."[2]

[edit] Reception
Will O'Brien of TV Squad thought "Company of Thieves" was, or the most part, a good one, despite a disappointing performance by Rudolf Martin. [3] Jason Van Horn of IGN, however, was less than impressed, suggesting that the episode just wasn't interesting - that the Lucian Alliance was an enemy no one cares about and that Paul Emerson wasn't enough of a character within the show for his death to have had any meaningful impact.[4]
[edit] Awards
The tenth season of Stargate SG-1 was nominated for a Saturn Award in the category "Best Syndicated/Cable Television Series". For his portrayal of Moros in "The Quest, Part 2", Matthew Walker was nominated for a Leo Award in the category "Best Supporting Performance by a Male in a Dramatic Series".[5] The episode "200" was nominated for a Hugo Award in the category "Best Dramatic Presentation - Short Form".[5]
