Starbreeze Studios

Starbreeze Studios is a computer game development studio in Uppsala, Sweden. According to the latest report (21-02-2008), available in Swedish from the studio's website, as of february 2008 Starbreeze Studio employs 74 persons.

The company was founded in 1998, under the name O3 Games. In 2001 it merged with the smaller company Starbreeze Studios. The company includes people who were formerly members of the PC demoscene group Triton; Magnus Högdahl works as CTO and is credited as Lead Engine Programmer.

The company is currently at work on a game codenamed Project RedLime, a reinvention of a (as of yet unnamed) classic EA franchise[1].
