Star Born Talent (SB Talent) is a management and public relations firm which caters to celebrities and personalities of the entertainment industry around the world. The company was founded by Sanjay Bhushan in August 2005. The company is based in Houston, TX, USA, and fuses managers and clients through primarily technology to manage and work for clients in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. The firm specializes in celebrity, business and publicity management. Clients include supermodels Tanisha Harper, Ilene Hamann and Amanda Harrington.

- In 2006, The Houston Chronicle listed 19 year old Sanjay Bhushan (President of Star Born Talent) as a "Houstonian to Watch".
- Co-produced, alongside Empire Events, Devon Aoki's birthday party at the Mansion in Miami Beach, Florida. The party took place on September 8, 2006, almost a month after Devon's actual birthday of August 10th.
- Had a 21st Birthday Bash in Las Vegas, NV for CEO, Sanjay Bhushan, and Supermodel client Tanisha Harper on September 14, 2007 at hot spot LAX.
- Was mentioned in Maxim magazine and The Times of India in 2007.
