Stanley Tandon Lal Chiang (Traditional Chinese: 蔣志偉, born 1954 in Shanghai, China) is the chairman of Lok Ma Chau-Hong Kong Freight Association in Hong Kong. He was a candidate in the December 2007 by-election for the Hong Kong Island seat in the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.

Stanley Chiang is working in the logistic industry in Hong Kong and is currently a director of a logistic company. From 1998 onwards, he is also the chairman of Lok Ma Chau-Hong Kong Freight Association, concerning the affairs related to the freight between Hong Kong and Mainland China.

On October 25th, 2007, Stanley Chiang announced that he would run in the December 2007 by-election for the Hong Kong Island seat in the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, made vacant by the death of Ma Lik[1]. He explained that he involved in the election because "he wants to fight for social justice" [2]. Although his major opponents Regina Ip and Anson Chan get much more support than him according to opinion polls, he expressed that he is still confident to have the chance to win[3].

Finally, he received a total number of 3,518 votes, which is the highest amongst the 6 "also-ran" candidates, coming a distant third.[4]
