Though his wife Helen was the creative genius behind JWT's ad campaigns, Stanley Burnet Resor was a pioneer in the business of advertising. Under his leadership, JWT became a leader, not only in print advertising, but also in radio advertising and programming. He transformed JWT into an all-around brand advertising firm. By 1954, JWT had offices across the globe and record-setting billings of $200 million.
