Stanley McKenzie (born October 6, 1944 in Miami, Florida) is an American 6'5" retired American professional National Basketball Association player. McKenzie played college basketball at New York University. He was selected by the Baltimore Bullets in the 11th round of the 1966 NBA Draft.
