Stagnant Bog (2006) is a short documentary film about the defunct Canadian band TAS 1000 dumping hundreds of unsold copies of their debut album, A Message For Marta, into a bog on the wretched shores of Vancouver's False Creek.
The title for the documentary is rumored to have be taken from a cult website of the same name, whose credo is, "Welcome to the stagnant bog where nothing is what it seems and where your dreams may come true."
