Stagecoach in Cheltenham carry over 19,000 passengers per day,a passenger increase of approximately 6.5%.[1] They have 46 buses and 121 employees.[1]
In addition to Cheltenham local services, they also operate services to Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Cirencester, Swindon and Stroud.
To assist the elderly and disabled, some routes have low-floor buses.
Although most routes operate all week, some routes do not operate on Sundays. On bank holidays, a Sunday service is operated.

- Route D - A kickstart bid to restore the old Bishops' Cleeve - Town Centre - Hatherley/Warden Hill services to the frequency they were before - now every 10 minutes
- Route 10 - Gloucester's 'citi' network branding using Double Deckers
