Stagecoach in Cambridge is a bus company, which runs services throughout Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.
Stagecoach in Cambridge is the trading name of the Cambus Limited, which is a subsidiary of Cambus Holdings Limited, which in turn is a subsidiary of the Stagecoach Group.
The main depot, and the head office is in Cambridge but there is also has a depot facility in Ely. Outstations of the Cambridge depot are based in Haverhill, St Ives, Longstowe, Royston. Newmarket is home to an outstation of the Ely depot.

Stagecoach in Cambridge operates citi, inter-urban, express and Park & Ride services.

There are eight routes within the Citi family. These services run with minimum frequencies of every 20 minutes during daytime, and hourly during evenings and weekends.
- Citi 1 - Arbury to Cherry Hinton (via city centre and rail station) and extending alternately to Fulbourn
- Citi 2 - Addenbrookes Hospital to Milton (via city centre)
- Citi 3 - Cherry Hinton to Fison Road estate (via city centre and rail station)
- Citi 4 - Cambourne to King's Hedges (via city centre)
- Citi 5 - Bar Hill to city centre
- Citi 6 - Oakington to city centre
- Citi 7 - Cottenham to Sawston (via city centre and rail station) and extending alternately to Pampisford, Saffron Walden, and Whittlesford.

Stagecoach operate a fleet of almost 200 vehicles across its operations in Cambridge. Although there are not fixed allocations of vehicles at oustations, Stagecoach in Cambridge prefers to keep similar vehicles types together.
Stagecoach in Cambridge has around:
- 35 Volvo Olympians, mostly in Stagecoach livery, 7 of these are in City Sightseeing livery with 4 of these being open topped;
- 28 Dennis Tridents, all in Stagecoach livery, with some having Citiplus branding applied;
- 21 Enviro 400s all with Cambridge Park and Ride branding applied;
- 22 Volvo B10M PS these all have Stagecoach livery and generally are used on Ely, Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds services;
- 49 Man 18.220 the majority of which were supplied new to Cambridge, for the launch of the Citi services. These are in Stagecoach livery with many displaying Citi branding;
- 12 Dennis Dart SLF, these are in Stagecoach livery, with 3 being branded for the Uni 4 service;
- 3 Enviro 200s which largely reside on the Citi 4 service and have Stagecoach liveries;
- 5 Optare Solos which all are in Stagecoach livery and reside on services 16, 17 and 19, except one which is in a green City circle livery and;
- 5 Volvo B10M Interurbans which are in Stagecoach livery and are generally used for training duties;

A townrider provides unlimited travel for one day on Stagecoach buses in Ely, Haverhill, Newmarket, Royston, Saffron Walden, St. Ives or St. Neots.
The ticket costs £1.60, except in Newmarket where Forest Heath District Council subsidise the ticket reducing it to £1.

An explorer pass is valid across all Stagecoach routes in Southern Britain with the exception of X5, VT99 and the Oxford Tube.
