Stadium Southland is an International sports complex in Invercargill, New Zealand. The Stadium was built and finished in May 2000. The main SBS Sports Arena in the stadium has a capacity of 5,500. It can also become up to 6,000 with temp seating. It also has eleven other community Basketball, Netball, Volleyball courts, four rebound Ace tennis courts, four squash courts and many business rooms.

The stadium is home for the Southern Steel netball team in the ANZ Championship. It also is home for some of the Otago Nuggets basketball team games and formerly the Southern Sting in the National Bank Cup.

The Invercargill ILT Velodrome is a sports complex built onto Stadium Southland. The $60 million dollar building can hold 3,000 people and has become the home of the Oceania Contenint Cup, Under 19 World Championships, New Zealand National Champs and other events. The Velodrome is the current home of the Beijing Olympic cycling team.
