Hi everybody, i was just wondering if anyone knew about teh structure on top of the state law building? What is it used for? Why is it there? etc. Is it actually the home of a billionaire vigilante (ala batman lol). I don't know if anyone has seen the cartoon "Gargoyles", but in the cartoon - the legend was that "If the castle where the stone gargoyles sits is raised above the clouds, they will be brought back to life".... could this building be something like that? Fulfilling a prophecy perhaps? I dont know, any information would be great.
