This is the logo of WVSB-FM in Romney, West Virginia. Since it is a radio station logo, on the fair-use version is available and no free-use versions can be used. The logo is from the WVSB page of the West Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind website. The West Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind is the owner of WVSB.
