This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the album or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. Sadly, most albums from 1970s and 1980s do not come with GFDL licensing instructions. Instead, I would claim "fair use" as it is both an illustation of band that rarely appeared in public, and band which never really toured.

This image, Starson45.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Jenolen) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
4. the image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Stars on 45.
