Fair use rationale:

This 1920s postcard is being used to illustrate how the building appeared at a certain point in history, namely at the time it opened in 1926. Since that time, the area surrounding the auditorium has changed dramatically, largely due to the construction of an interconnective highway system in the 1960s and ongoing urban depopulation. Once located in the community's most exclusive neighborhood, the landmark now overlooks a mainly low-income neighborhood that is showing some signs of rebounding. Aspects of the landmark's appearance have also changed. Hence, the goal of showing how this architectural landmark appeared in its prime cannot be achieved by using a self-created image or available free images.
