St Peter's High School and Sixth Form Centre is a Roman Catholic comprehensive school and sixth form centre, on Stroud Road in the Tuffley area of Gloucester, England. The headteacher is Lawrence Montagu BA OBE.

In 2006, the school's Under-18 Rugby Union team were winners of the Daily Mail Cup, becoming the first comprehensive school victors of the prize. However, in 2008 the school was thrown out of the competition for alledgely fielding ineligible players.
