[edit] Contradiction

The 1927 tornado was not the second costliest tornado on record, Lubbock was the second costliest. Southern Illinois SKYWARN (talk) 19:38, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

Normalizing, or standardizing, tornado events for changes in inflation and wealth, it is the second costliest, as seen here which is from Brooks and Doswell, 2001. Evolauxia (talk) 00:23, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
