[edit] Third most affluent: West county? I don't think so!
Where is the evidence presented in the statement that West County St. Louis is the third most affluent area in the midwest. Johnson County, Kansas is more affluent by most people's standards (it happens to be the third most affluent county in the nation). You need to cite that wherever it came from or I will remove it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.150.147.154 (talk) 04:28, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] This sentence needs reworked
"St. Louis has an abundance of exceptional private schools although the public schools in the area are much more recognized throughout the nation." It's tone is all wrong for an encylopedia, sounds more like a Chamber of Commerce. Jon 17:57, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
- Ahh, the unintended humor of that heading... but, much of this article needs to be re-written. I've done West County to my taste since I'm a rich old money Bush-voting affluent Jew who grew up there and is therefore familiar with it.davewho2 04:48, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Politics
I feel that St. Louis is a significantly big enough county that I could place the past presidential election tables to give people the perspective of St. Louis County historical political beliefs... I need a go ahead because some people consider it vandalismJustinPacificaCA 02:11, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
