St. Thomas' College is a senior secondary school located in Dehradun, the capital of the state of Uttaranchal. The school has a a great history behind it and was founded in 1916, much before India became independent. It excels in imparting not only academic knowledge but also grooms young kids to become great leaders and entrepeneurs in future. STC prepares students for the 10th grade national ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) examinations. The school also prepares students for the 12th grade national ISC examination conducted by the Council for ISC (Indian School Certificate) Examination, New Delhi. The medium of instruction is English.

The Institution has an impressive college placement record with students attending elite institutions in both India and abroad, such as the IITs, NITs, St. Stephen's College,AIIMS, University of Oxford , Massachusetts Institute of Technology,UCB, CMU etc.

The school also has a history of producing top ranking officials in Defence and Civil Services.

Apart from academics, students are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of co-curricular activities. Activities and competitions within the school are conducted in cohorts or "houses". Each house is named after a former Principal of the school and is represented by a colour.

Fraser House - Red

Inter-house competitions in Sports, Debates and Quizzes are held throughout the year to mould students for the competitive environment and help them in understanding the values of working in a team. Every year during the Annual Cultural Festival, one house is awarded the COCK HOUSE TROPHY for the past year.
