The St. Regis Hotel & Residences is located on Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City. The building will house the luxurious St.Regis Hotel and St. Regis Residences, a world-class spa and fitness center, exclusive boutiques and shops and exquisite culinary restaurants. Designed by architect César Pelli and associates who are renowned for other buildings as the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur and the Canary Wharf Tower in London. The first 3 floors of the building will house boutiques, restaurants, a ballroom, a business and meeting rooms. The St. Regis Hotel will be located form the 4th to the 14th floor and the St Regis Residences from the 17th to the 31st floor. The 15th and 16th floors will be used as the spa and fitness center. With a height of 152m(524ft) it will be the 8th tallest building in the city when finished in early 2008, and by 2010 it will be the 16th tallest building.
