St. Paul's Gallery

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

St. Paul's Gallery is a commercial art gallery, the largest in the United Kingdom outside London.[1] It is located in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham, England.

The gallery deals in two main fields: fine art (where its holdings include works from Picasso and Dalí to Henry Moore and Bridget Riley)[2] and original album art. In addition to its own collection St Paul's Gallery hosts a programme of visiting exhibitions.

It was conceived by art collector and entrepreneur Ross Alderson , and opened in February 2003 in former industrial premises near St Paul's Square.[3]
