St Marys School OF Management Studies is a Private Business School in Tamil Nadu, India,a sister concern of Sathyabama university, founded in 1996 and is pioneered by Jeppiaar Educational Trust. The college is headed by Jeppiaar, a former politician under the late M. G. Ramachandran. The college is reputed for its student placements,discipline and good facilities. It is a Christian Minority Institution.

The number of students placed has increased dramatically over the years. The college has a very good reputation with respect to its placements. Every year, the college manages to get about 80%^{[citation needed]} of its students placed in various companies.

The Institution has 120 buses which are made available to the students and the staff members for commuting not only from various points in the city and also from the suburbs. Buses are operated with the policy of a seat for all^{[citation needed]}. Students are permitted to use other transport facilities^{[citation needed]}. Students aren't allowed to leave the campus except in a college bus.
