St. Mary of the Angels Basilica, formerly St. Mary's Church, is a basilica located in Yarra Street, Geelong, Victoria, Australia.

The current church was built in the Gothic style between 1872 and 1937. The contract was let by Archdeacon R. S. Downing in December 1870 to a Mr Clement Nash.

In 2004 it became Australia's fifth basilica upon gaining Vatican approval.
