St. Mary Central High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Neenah, Wisconsin. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Green Bay.

St. Mary Central High School is the only Catholic high school in the Twin City Catholic Educational System, which also operates 3 elementary schools and one middle school. It is small yet effective[1]
