St. Mary's High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Lynn, Massachusetts. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston.

St. Mary's High School was established in 1881. [1] St. Mary's officially incorporated in 2006 and instituted a new governance structure with a head of school, principal, and twenty-member Board of Trustees. Dr. Raymond A. Bastarache '65 is currently serving as Head of School. The school's principal is Carl A. DiMaiti.
Students at St. Mary's participate in a variety of sports, clubs and other extracurricular activities including: yearbook, drama festival, spring musical, boys and girls ice hockey, boys and girls basketball, softball, baseball, golf, track, soccer, football, cheerleading and lacrosse. In 2008, Saint Mary's girls hockey had an undefeated state championship season. Students are also encouraged to participate in Christian service activities, such as Rachel's Challenge and Sant' Edigio.
