St. Mary's High School is a small college-preparatory Catholic high school located in the heart of Annapolis, Maryland. It was founded in 1860. It is part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Baltimore. St. Mary's High School averages 150 students per grade. The school is co-educational. St. Mary's annually participates in a lacrosse game versus Severn School called battle lax. That is the height of its many rivlaries with Severn. St. Mary's is known for its excellence in academics. They offer several AP and Honors classes. 100% of St. Mary's Class of 2007 went on to college.
