St. Mark's High School is a coeducational Roman Catholic high school located at 2501 Pike Creek Road, Wilmington, Delaware. The school is administrated by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wilmington. The current enrollment is approximately 1,600.

It was founded in 1967 by the then Bishop of Wilmington, Michael W Hyle. The school was intended to serve the cultural and educational needs of Catholic adults and youth in the Diocese of Wilmington. Construction continued through 1970.

Saint Mark provides an educational program for students of multiple ability levels with five levels of academic programs in most subject areas, just as Salesianum. These levels are known as "phases" with one being the lowest phase and five being Honors. The school also offers an extensive number of advanced placement classes and courses noted for rewarding students with college credits upon a passing score on the AP exams.
98.5% of the SMHS Class of 2006 will be attending a college or university, one third of which will attend the in-state University of Delaware.
