St. Lazarus Parish (Port. Freguesia de São Lázaro) is an east-central region of Macau Peninsula, in the former Portuguese colony of Macau, in the People's Republic of China. It is the smallest sub-district.
- Area: 0.64 km² (9% of the peninsula)
- Population: 32,600
- Population density: 52,370 persons per km² (second in Macau, after St. Anthony Parish)
It is surrounded by Our Lady Fatima Parish, St. Anthony Parish, and Cathedral Parish. One-third of its region is covered by Guia Hill (Portuguese: Colina da Guia, Chinese: 松山 or 東望洋山). The south is commercial district, central common residential district, north and east are high-rise buildings. Only 3% of factories in Macau are here.
