St. Joseph Central High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Springfield in Massachusetts.

St. Joseph Central High School was established as St. Joseph Academy by the Sisters of St. Joseph in 1897 in downtown Pittsfield. It moved to its present location, 22 Maplewood Ave, in 1942. [1]

St. Joseph Central High School is a faith-based community rooted in the tradition and mission of Catholic education. A college preparatory school, St. Joseph challenges students to commit to academic excellence while calling them to live according to the teachings of Jesus and to the principles of personal integrity. St. Joseph Central High School strives to instill the values of lifelong learning, respect for the dignity of all people, and service to others on a personal and global level.
