The St. John Valley Times is a newspaper distributed on Wednesdays to the residents of the St. John Valley, a large area in Maine and New Brunswick based around the St. John River. Though no exact number can be measured as far as circulation, many estimate that because it goes to Maine towns such as Madawaska, Frenchville, and Fort Kent, and Canadian towns like Clair, New Brunswick, many estimate a level of readers somewhere around 8,000 - 10,000 a week. Because the residents of the St. John Valley are largely a population of Acadian descent, the publisher prints some articles and editorials in both French and English.
